In my past experience phone interviews usually straight up lead to a in person interview schedule or a pre-interview test, but in this case it got a bit different where the interviewer asked for my availability during the week but then followed up with "I'll send your resume to technical team to see if we can proceed further".
The company I'm applying into is big, they have over 1k employees.
From my own experience, or at least how my current company works, is that HR fishes for "potential" employee's CV, send it to manager for a second review, then if the manager is Ok with it, then HR will then make the call to candidate.
I think that I bombed the phone screening and this is just her way of saying No to me. Your thoughts? What are your ways of knowing that you've just bombed an interview?
TLDR: HR said "I'll send your resume to technical team to see if we can proceed further" in phone interview, I think I just bombed it.
