Is this pretty much a confirmation that I’ll be offered the job?

I flew out of state for a final round of interviews on the first of the month, was told I’d hear a decision “in the next couple of weeks”.

Hadn’t heard back still, but the HR head just texted me asking if I was still interested in the position. I replied that I was, and he said that was great & that a recruiter should be reaching out to me soon.

Is this essentially a confirmation that I’ll be receiving the offer?
