Is this callback/interview suspicious?

I applied for a position on indeed via a temp agency for a marketing company a few days ago.

Today a recruiter from the temp agency called me and started asking me some typical questions about my interest for the position and my prior experience over the phone. After she gave me a run down of the job description and I asked some questions about the job and if and when I'd hear back, she then let me know that she was in my area and was so impressed with my qualifications she wanted to meet in person at my towns public library since she was there already. I acquiesced and met her there about 35 minutes later. A blonde lady in business formal clothing approached me after she saw I'd entered and was texting her that I'd arrived.

We sat where her laptop and folders were set up and she let me know that she was glad I could meet her on such short notice and that this would move the process along faster. This also gave me an opportunity to explain my experience and goals further.

After a good interview and more questions she said that she would definetly push my application through to the firm so she and the executives could deliberate on an offer for me or make a future interview. She gave me an I9 form and a reference sheet to fill out and asked if I had two pieces of identification with me so she could log in me in their system. She explained that it would also make the onboarding process faster lest they chose to pursue me further. I gave her my license and SS card and filled out the forms.

She returned them, we said our goodbyes, I got her card, and she let me know that should be getting back to me by Monday at the latest. And now we wait...

I did some background research on the temp agency through glassdoor & LinkedIn and looked up the company website. Not a lot of reviews (they all had glowing reviews by employees) and their company site and job site is legit as far as I know.

tl:dr: I was called for an on phone interview about an application I sent through indeed, got a call back from a temp agency for the position, met the recruiter that same day, had a good interview, gave her my requested license and SS card, filled out an I9 and reference form, waiting to here back on Monday.

Did anything that happened here seem suspicious? I've never known a company to have their recruitment handled by a temp agency (maybe this is normal, I've never used a temp agency before, nor did the random on call interview and subsequent in person interview seem ubiquitous. Maybe someone out there had also experienced this?
