Is my job a 'nightmare job'?

I work at a place that pays me more than I've ever gotten paid yet I do less than I've ever done. Listing off my issues in sentence form will be too lengthy, so the following is an itemized list. Note: I am in the USA. Not a 3rd world country.

Negatives:

1) Can't poop in the toilet. It will clog. Have to leave the building to do so. Pissing is risky - if another co-worker pooped.

2) Building is falling apart. Ceilings leak, there are millipedes.

3) I rarely do any work. This means I haven't gotten experience. Literally nothing to do.

4) The CEO is senile. She's an fat, balding woman who's in her upper-90s and makes insane requests that she forgets about. Sometimes she comes in and wants to know if something is done yet - things she did not actually request previously.

5) The building has no functional heat/AC. We have to wear coats or open windows.

6) Computers are bottom-shelf garbage and don't work. Not that we need to get any work done.

7) Company is next to a construction site. Can't even talk to co-workers.

8)I get 55k, which is double what I've ever made before. However, normal wages in this industry often start at 70-75k.

9) Co-workers don't talk. Nobody works, except those who have to - like finance people.

Positives:

1) The front-office looks nice. That's were we take clients and interviewees and hide the CEO. It makes them think the place isn't a total shit-hole.

2) No overtime.

3) Owner is pretty rich and the business is relatively stable. (obviously not over the long term)

Essentially I come into this building to be noise-tortured for 8.5 hours a day and occasionally harassed by an insane old woman and talk to no-one. Otherwise, I try to watch youtube or learn new things in my industry (online, not through non-existant work)

The problem is, this is my first job in the field. It's hard to find work in the field with no xp, and if I quit too soon (been there 11 months now), I won't be able to find anything else. Others in the field say that staying 2 years is enough to get into anyplace else - and anything less will be suspect in larger companies. However, after 2 years - what can I say of this 'experience'?
