Interviewing for the same job tomorrow (current job I have now) for a permanent position. What are the interviewers looking for/what questions can I ask at the end?

Hey, r/jobs! As the title says, I am going to be interviewed tomorrow for the same job I currently have right now. Basically, I was hired at this place/in the position two months ago, but only have been working on a casual basis, and now that an opening for a more permanent position has come up the manager is going to be interviewing me again. The problem is this was posted on the internal job site, and two people from different departments have applied as well, so now a company HR rep is going to be present at the interview (when they weren't present during my first interview). My manager says that this is due to the fact that the company wants "fairness" in terms of deciding who will get the position amongst the company's employees. As someone who already does work in this department, I know that I technically have an "advantage", but I still can't help but be worried that I'll eff up the interview (this was my first job after graduation, so I'm pretty sure the other candidates have tons more experience than me) and end up not getting the position, which not only would be disappointing, but also a little embarrassing (since I do already work there). So I'm wondering: what will the interview team/HR be looking for from my interview to give me the position? If they ask the "do you have any questions for us?" question at the end of the interview, what questions am I supposed to ask?
