Interviewed last Tuesday, sent a second follow up email today for an update, saw the job is not promoted on linkedin and says it was posted 40 minutes ago

Does this probably mean I didnt get the job? I know theyre very actively hiring for the role since the last person just left, and I believe the manager for the role also just left is there a chance theyre just trying to find a better candidate than me or did I probably just not get the job?
