I'm about to graduate but my country economic situation is awful but I have the oportunity to legally migrate to a better country. Should I stay or should I go ? (pun intended)

So, basically I live in Brazil and the economic situation here is awful and our current president seems to want the situation to get worse. The minimal wage here is not enough to pay for food and rent here and the sallaries in the area in which I'm graduating are terrible (there are people 30 years old that still live with their parents because the money is not enough to get out of their house).

The inequality here is some of the highest in the world and basically you can't move up in Social class.

I have the opportunity to obtain the German citizenship due to my great-Grandmother being born there. Should I migrate ?
I have dreams and aspirations. I want to be able to feed myself, I want to have my own house (or pay rent without needing 2 jobs as most people do here) and I want to have a masters degree and also I want to send some money back home so my parents can live the life they deserve.

But I'm about to obtain my college degree and some people say that I should wait and try to get some jobs here in Brazil and that the situation is gonna get better and that by migrating I would be throwing my graduation in the trash.

TL;DR - My country is a shithole, should I migrate ?
