I had a job offer for a revenue manager at 50,000. Backstory (the recruiter told me the salary expectation would be between 55-59k with a 0-20% bonus depending on how i perform. I emailed a counter offer and they offered me 53,000 which is around $900 more than my current salary. Also no relocation is available or negotiable. How do i respond politely asking for 55K?
