I didn't really know how to title this post so here we go. I'm a sophomore at almost 16 y/o and i'm working with my hs tech department I get to keep the job until I go to college. The only issue is it will be minimum wage, 7.25 an hr in PA, with no opportunity for me to get any sort of raise or promotion just the same thing for 3 years. Should I start looking for other jobs? Or should I stay for the experience. Sry if this was bad, first time posting on here.
