Education, experience marked down, but what else to fill a page-long CV with minimal experience?

The post is for a part-time retail role. I've been out of work for 3 years but have been given an interview from a local retail branch without them even having seen an uploaded CV from my part.

This bodes well, but I should still take one with me for the interview which is to be 30 minutes long. But should I include a cover letter, or would adding a summary to the already existing Experience + Education areas have the same effect there? How can I list basic skills without coming off as buzzwordy? Its leaving me scratching my head, even if I've already got an interview.
