I interviewed for an admin position The company seems great, I spoke with the actual owner. The interview lasted almost 2 hours because I was introduced to several different employees who basically gave me mini-interviews. I even had a great philosophical conversation with one of them. They were very interested in me and weren't afraid to show it. I'm 95% sure they'll offer me the job.
However, throughout the entire interview everyone reminded me that this was a "very fast-paced" office where I would need to get things done very quickly. They wanted to be honest with me: the job can be stressful and there is always something to do. I'd be multi-tasking all day and really need to be on my toes to keep up. Everyone said they loved their job and never brought their work home with them.
Should I be worried? I never showed any doubt about the job during the interview, but I really got the feeling that the stress might be too much. I have all the skills but I've never worked in an environment like this.
Additional question: If I'm not feeling certain about the job, how should I word a thank you letter to the interviewer?
