When finding your first entry-level job out of college do you recommend going for something you liked or for something that will give you better experience for the future?
I'm about to graduate in the spring and I have been applying to a lot of entry level positions. There is one position in particular that I have interviewed for and it would give me excellent experience for my future dream job. The only problem is the reviews for the company are a little sub-par (about 3.2 stars on indeed and glass door). Is it worth it to tough out a company for a few years to get experience so you can move up in the future to better jobs? My only other offers right now are a few internships and a full time position that isn't really in the field I want to be in. My field has a decent amount of jobs in my area but they are somewhat competitive (Environmental scientist work if that helps).
Thanks for the advice!
