I have been job hunting for quite a while now and I’m getting so frustrated and upset with it. I’ve been for three interviews within the past two weeks. The first one seemed to go well but they rejected me and when I asked for feedback they explained it was because they felt my qualifications were overqualified for the job position. So then the other interview I go for they said that I was underqualified for the role and because I didn’t have management experience. I feel like I’m stuck in job limbo where I’m either too qualified or under qualified. The third interview I went for I thought went really well and the interviewer seemed impressed with my resume and said she had one more interview to do and she would call me on Monday...which was yesterday and no call, no rejection and no nothing. Feeling really downtrodden by the job hunt and needed to rant.
