A little bit of context, I'm currently an entry level marketing professional taking online courses in web development. My manager found out by viewing my LinkedIn profile w the certification listed one morning. So he asked if I could rework some of the corporate site.
Should I ask him to change my job title and seek more in compensation? Would there be some sort of backlash if I say no?
