Self-employed careers with best job security?

I've come to the conclusion that whatever line of work I end up in (19M) I'd probably only be content with it if I was my own boss. Only problem is I don't have much of a direction right now and so I'd like to see what self-employed careers you guys may know that aren't super risky to get into so that I can maybe narrow down my options.
