No call from HHRR should I call back?

Sent an application to a job that would brighten my future for once, wasn't expecting a call but I got one to make a pre-exam.

Went there, not many people, I'm pretty sure I aced the exam (was very easey not that I'm a genius) and got out there pretty confident I was going to be called.

A week after... no call, there could still be a chance they call me but they shouldn't take that long. So my hopes are going down now.

I got the business card of the hhrr director of the place. So I got their number.

The question is: Should I call them and ask them what I did wrong/what I could improve in/what skills they think I could learn for another future application? Would that be seen as too needy?
