Missed an interview question in an automated phone interview, what do I do?

I just applied to a position that did a pre-screening short automated phone interview. The directions for phone interview were clear but a lot to remember so during one of the questions, I accidentally skipped it by hitting a button that I thought would restate the question. I was thinking I should contact the hiring manager just to let them know the situation and that I would love for an opportunity to answer the missed question. However, I don’t have the hiring managers contact info, just a general customer service email for the company. Do I email that address and ask for the hiring managers contact info? Or something else?
