I applied for a position to become an admissions officer/recruiter at my local college. Just today I received a call and scheduled a phone interview for this position.
If anyone can please help with what to expect in this interview? I've never had a phone interview, just face to face, and I've never wanted a position more than this one. The college is my alma mater, I loved the environment in my student worker position, and I believe I would really enjoy the work I would be doing. Any help with what to expect as interview questions would be more than great.
Also, if I do well with the phone interview, I will have to do a panel interview in the following week. Should I dress in my normal business attire? Dress shirt, tie, dress pants, and dress shoes? I feel that might be overdoing it but I don't want to underdress either. Panel questions would also be helpful but they just ask normal interview questions, right?
Any help would be more than appreciated and I open to all help tips in general.
