Final interview for database related job.. first one that's in-person. Will they likely test my database skills?

I've completed two rounds of interviews via phone for an out of state position. This coming week, they're flying me out for a final round of interviews (all day).

Obviously this isn't a black and white answer-able question without much more context, but should I expect to be sat at a computer to showcase my tech/databasing skills? What about fielding questions such as "what are the differences between primary and foreign keys?" etc?

Any thoughts are appreciated as this is my first time interviewing for such a role.
