Does anyone have any job search suggestions? I feel like I am at a dead end.

I have been unemployed since February, and I feel like my job search has gotten me no where.

Here is some background on me: I am a Manufacturing Engineer with a minor in business. I have all the six sigma certifications and 3 years of technical internship experience. I have done the following: 1. Applied to millions of jobs, even if they were out of my scope. 2. Gotten rejected three times to more qualified candidates 3. Utilized recruiters, job search websites to apply 4. Reached out to connections on linked in 5. Talked to my parents and gave them copies of my resume (they are both in the industry) 6. Had my resume reviewed by many people.

At this point I’m a little frustrated because I am not getting replies and I cannot help but to think that I’m missing a resource or something. Any suggestions?
