Calling in sick 2nd week of new job to go to a medical exam for other job?

I just started a new job last week but during that time a company Im more interested in interviewed me. I was able to go to the interview because we scheduled the interview at a time outside my working hours.they are aware I currently work elsewere

I got a call from them now and they want me to go pass a medical test but they weren't able to move the time of the medical outside of my working hours which means I'll most likely have to call in sick to make it.

Is there any other thing I can do then to call in sick? I'm aware calling in sick at a company second week is never a good look
