I've been at this place for more than two years, currently finishing my second degree, and the thesis based on my company (it was a requirement from the university).
I absolutely hate this place. The managers and team leaders are incompetent, employees are suffering because of it, there's a really high turnover rate. There are no clear processes, absolutely no documentation of everything, no formal checking system. I work at a field related to sensitive data, so no mistakes are allowed, but as there's little to no checks, mistakes happen (not often, but they still do). Each time they discover it, I'm humiliated.
I still have about one year left from school, and as I said, the thesis is based on my company, so I shouldn't leave now. This place is super close to the university, and they let me leave earlier if needed. Any advice how to survive this one year? I wouldn't postpone finishing my degree, because with that I could enter a different field with better salary and more exiting jobs.
