while employed - Need advice on discretion and ZipRecruiter

I was hired from my resume listing on ZipRecruiter. My boss turned out to be quite the micromanager and a downright bully. I want to go back up on ZR but won't my boss get my resume served up in a notification of a "new" candidate in our field? Knowing my boss, their account settings have not been changed since I was hired and notifications probably still trickle in. Is there even a world where I can use the resume database on ZR and not be visible to my current employer?
