Trying to get into the accounting world and got a temp job as an AP clerk. Is this valuable experience or do I need to pursue something more to progress?
They might have me do more responsibilities later but so far looks like just expense reports, invoices, and statements. I have a couple years under my belt with collections and data entry (temp work too unfortunately) so I think working in payables is the best i can get for now.
