Super nervous about the competency tests. How to get over that?

Spent the last couple of weeks going through the recruitment process and am now in the final stage where it's a bunch of competency tests, though I have already passed the English test.

I have no idea what kind of competency tests. It's an operations manager role looking for 3 years of experience and some business analysis skills. For the most part, the job description was pretty simple.

I'm quite nervous about the tests, even though I have never failed any standardised tests before. How do I get over that? I'm already worried that I'll fail these tests, and none of my previous roles required me taking a competency test before.
