Still waiting on call for a start date

Hey guys.

Just wanted some reassurance, once again, before I send the poor lady from HR an email.

As stated in my last post a few days ago, I've gone through roughly two months of testing and interviews. This past Monday I received word that everything is clear, "a hiring manager will reach out to you soon regarding a start date," congratulations welcome to the company! We're now at Saturday without hearing a word from the hiring manager. For reference, this HR rep is across the country at their HQ but the job is for one of their local offices close to me.

I was wondering just how long should I wait before reaching out? And how should I approach it?
