Sick on my first day at a new job

I had my first day at work yesterday, which I was excited for, however, I had woken up feeling nauseous and 6 and a half hours into my shift I threw up in the break room. I feel terrible still, both about having to bail and in the sense of still being sick. Would it be too much of a stretch to call in sick today or is that completely risking my job?
