Should I have negotiated?

I applied for a position and used glassdoor to figure out a salary requirement. It was pretty low but I was not confident enough in putting a higher salary requirement. I heard back from HR yesterday and they offered me $15,000 more than my highest salary requirement. I was so excited that I did not negotiate. In the future should I negotiate even if I was not expecting them to give me so much?
