Should I assume I didn't get the job?

I had an interview with Starbucks last Saturday and she said they'd call me on Monday to let me know whether or not I got the job because she had a few more interviews. Monday came and went and now it's been over a week. Should I assume she meant that Monday or this Monday and is it safe to assume I didn't get the job and she just didn't follow up?
