I've been working in a bank for the last 4 years of my life and I'm ready to have something way more fulfilling. I worked my way up to becoming a bank supervisor, but being in retail banking is far from what I have hoped to be doing by now.
I graduated college in 2017 with a bachelor's in criminal justice. Recently acquired an anti-money laundering certification too. I did an internship with a local police department too, but I'm looking for a job that supports a better work/life balance.
I'm thinking I want to start a career as an AML/BSA/Fraud analyst/investigator, but I'm open to the idea of just about anything that is not retail banking. I'd be willing to relocate just about any where in the country (US) as well if I knew there would be an opportunity for self-development and career growth.
Any tips/advice would be much appreciated!
