Passion for a job.. does it exist?

Hey everyone this is my first time posting here. I am a 23yo guy who is completely lost in life. I started working at the age of 17 and i never wanted to go to college, not one single career got my attention.

As for today my only jobs were in retail, and that’s where i am now. I have studied watchmaking and movie acting. I can’t seem to find what my passion is or something i love..

How did you find your passion? Is there any way to discover it? I don’t know what am i doing wrong and not one job seems suitable for me since i get tired easily.. i hate monotonous jobs and having the same schedule day after day and most of all.. i deeply hate costumer service and retail.
