NEED HELP FINDING A JOB FOR MY NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING MOTHER

Hi reddit. My mother has been a housewife for 26 years. She passed ESOL level 1 but in reality doesn't speak English very well and that limits what she can do. We live in UK so u see how that can be an issue. She has experience working in the kitchen at a primary school. She worked for a year but quit due to having a difficult supervisor. Im trying my best to find a job for her but having a hard time.

What jobs don't require little English? Where can she apply?
