Live scan check and conditional job offer

I have been offered a job pending a DOJ and FBI live scan check. I have a few questions:

• I have a resisting arrest misdemeanor in California that I have had expunged in May of 2018. The arrest record occurred in 2014. I have passed a standard non livescan at my last job and passed the Uber background check.

• what does the employer see when this report is ran and can they use this against me as a basis for disqualification? I have been given a start date and did all my pre employment paperwork.

The position in question is a financial position for a non-profit in California.
