Just completed my assessment test. Where can I improve for the future?

I just completed my assessment test, which included a simulation test on handling an email inbox.

To find that handling a demanding inbox is harder for me than an average person.

In all my previous roles, how I handled my email inbox had never been an issue and I had been told by all my previous supervisors that I'm at least "pretty good" with my work email inbox and handling deadlines.

So I'm a bit bummed by the review. Where can I practice the email handling exercise to do better next time?
