Job Hunting for Relocation

I am a software developer with approximately 1.5 years experience based in Turkey. I am looking into job opportunies in Europe. So far I applied for over 100 jobs I found on Linkedin, however, I had no luck. Nothing even moved forward to an interview.

I got my CV reviewed by some senior engineers and professors in the field (relatives of mine) but I am sure it can be improved.

I would appreciate any advice you could give me on this process. Where else could I apply to jobs other than Linkedin to improve my chances?
