How to handle these bosses.

Hey there.

Got a new job. It is my dream job in almost every aspect so I really don't want to screw it up.

I don't want to repeat certain mistakes I made with some previous bosses before (often had problems with authority figures).

After multiple interviews, here's my personality analysis of my 2 future bosses :

Boss #1:

- Is dead serious and strict, almost rigid.

- Won't slip a thing and wants to know every detail from A to Z.

- Very dynamic.

- Won't respect weakness or hesitation.

- Is very demanding and can get rough if things won't go his way.

- Seems smart and could teach some valuable experience.

Boss #2:

- Somewhat more relaxed on details.

- Has a broader view on things aka sees the Big Picture.

- Is more sensitive and hotheaded.

- Seems to seek a more friendly contact with employees.

- Very demanding.

- Seems smart and keen on intellectual exchange of ideas.

Do you have any tips on how to approach those two personalities?
