I’m just out of high school and looking fo extra hours, I’m currently working around 10-12 hours a week. To benefit not only myself but more importantly to not Lech of my parents as much I wanna try and up my hours at my current place of casual employment.
Down to the question, what’s the most effective way to ask for more hours? Should I go to just my main store manger or go higher to the owner?
