at a bit of an impasse.

this is a rant more than anything else, but i've been at my position with walmart for about a year and a half. now i'm not knocking walmart, i think they're actually a great company to work for, but even with the opportunity of moving inside the store being present (i'm a cart pusher looking to move into asset protection) i feel like walmart is a bit of a dead end because i have no intention on moving into management. why do i feel like i'm at an impasse? because i don't know what's next. i just know for sure that walmart isn't in my future. honestly it doesn't even feel worth it to go to work anymore. my question is, how do i get over this? or past this, which i suppose would probably be the "correct" word.
