Work/life balance?

So I really need to get a job. I’ve been looking for the past few months and so far I’ve been turned down or not answered to at every one I applied for, mainly bc I have no job experience. I’ve kind of given up bc I started having doubts about getting one right now. I’m a junior in high school and homeschooled. I’ve got quite a few hours to spare during the week and I could put them to use, but in January I will be taking college classes. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to handle all the classes I take for high school and college and fit in work. So I’m not sure where I’m going with this but I wanted to hear what kind of experiences you had with working and balancing your social and school life I guess.
