Will quitting a job after two months make me look bad?

I've been working in retail for two months now and I absolutely loathe it. I had a horrible mental breakdown a few days ago and I just can't stand pursuing this job anymore. I am scared and anxious and the simple thought of going to work makes me nauseous. I really, really need to leave (I have no idea how they haven't fired me yet, I'm pretty bad at my job too) but I don't know how that's going to effect my reputation for future interviews. What do you think?
