Little things to show employees they are valued?

Not sure if this is allowed here but I’d like some suggestions. I have a great team. We’re small, about 30 employees and I try to take care of my people. The benefits are good, fully paid employee health ins, disability and 3 to 4 weeks vacation. I do birthday cakes with gift cards and Christmas bonus with an office party / secret Santa and also an off site happy hour for employees and SOs. Everyone seems happy which I know to be true since we have very low ( practically non existent) turnover. I also thank people every day with sincerity. However, now it’s January with the big gifts and parties 11 months away and other than birthdays what can I do periodically to show appreciation? I could have lunch brought in once a month but that won’t make the individual feel valued. My success is due to my team and need them to be reminded of that. What little things make a big difference? I am at the office late each night so I could leave something for someone to come in to find but what? And how do I make sure that other people don’t get worried if I didn’t leave something for them that day? Or am I doing enough? Thoughts?
