What is considered a low salary for a recent grad in NYC?

Hi guys,

I just graduated with a degree in business management. I know there are many factors like experience, grades, university... But I'm sure if I told you I was being offered 15k as a starting salary we can all agree that is low. What would you say is the cut off for too low to accept no matter what the circumstances?
