Should I call off again after 2 days of being off?

Tomorrow it'll be record-breaking cold temperatures, I think -20° with 20mph winds, nearing -50° wind-chill. I am worried of calling off, because Friday I was off because the cold caused my car to die which was a full-day ordeal, and Monday my workplace called me and told us not to come in due to the weather.

Apparently tomorrow we are open, and I have an hour-long commute in my broken secondary car with no heat and a missing window. I'm anxious to my core that I'll get frostbite on the way to work, or break down since that car is not dependable.

Would my boss hold it against me if I called in?

Update: It seems like they're sending a co-worker 40 minutes out of their way to pick me up. Not sure what the plan is for when my shift ends.
