My bosses don't come in on Mondays. I have to give my two weeks tomorrow. Do I just send an email on this instance?

So, couple questions.

My two bosses don't come in on Mondays. I was offered a job on Friday and need to give my two weeks tomorrow. In normal circumstances, I'd tell them in person, but since they aren't here I'd imagine it'd be appropriate to email them in this case?

Also, it's a small company. The owner gave his okay before I was hired. Do I email him and HR/the controller as well? I've only been at this company for three months.
