How many jobs should I be applying for per day?

I know it is not just the quantity but quality/fit/etc. that matters but I'd like to get some advice/opinions on this..I graduated 2 years ago and have been working at my current position for almost a year now in the legal field. It isn't a good fit for me + I'm looking to make a career change. I live in a major city, About how many jobs per day should I be applying to? I am not able to do any job hunting at work and I usually work around 10/11 hour days so it can be hard to find time in the evenings, but I am thinking I should be trying to spend at least 2 hours per day on this?
