Mid level job, interviewing with 9 people, including high level leadership? How do I approach this interview?

Meeting with very senior people, including a CFO, 3 directors, a CAO (didn't know this was a thing till now), 2 managers, and a mystery person at the end. This is not a high level job, the HR person said it pays around 55k.

The interview schedule says I'm meeting individually with each of these people, over 5 hours. Why are they doing this, and how should I approach this? Any feedback would be appreciated. I have this interview later this week.
