I have a dream of living in London (year or so) but I live in Russia (plane tickets to London are pretty cheep though from where I live, St. Petersburg). Obviously I need to find an employer with a sponsorship license so the question is.. how do I do that? Where to start? Would it be much easier to come here and stay for about a month?
Another concern is of course my English - it's enough for communicating with people but passing a job interview is different thing.. Is it a big issue for one trying to get a job?
p.s. I've got about 7 years experience in software development if that makes a big difference$
