Hey! About 9 months ago I went through 2 interviews for a job and I met with the director on the second interview. I was told I'd hear back from them within a few days and to email if I had any questions. But I never heard back and my attempts to follow up were never answered.
I applied again a few weeks ago and was called in for an interview last week. It went well. But today I have the 2nd interview with the same director from before. What should I do. Should I say out the gate that we've interviewed before but that I never heard back?
