First off, i want to warn you that english is not my first language and I apologize if I make any grammar mistakes.
I'm a 19 year old guy from Portugal and I finished a three year course in the area of computing that is equivalent to finishing high school, and in the last 4 months of the course I had an internship at a company where they had a help desk out sourcing and I was mainly working with them, fixing the problems of other employees of the company.
I enjoyed my time there but when time came, my internship was over and i left. I had a pretty good evaluation from my supervisor: 19 out of 20
Few months later, after summer break I got a job in a warehouse that had nothing to do with computing because I was kind of desperate to have my own money and now I after three months working there I realized that I don't want to anymore and I want to follow computing.
Basically now I want to contact that outsourcing help desk and tell them that I would like to work there, but I don't know how to approach them, I still have their e-mail. Any tips?
