I have a job trial tomorrow for 3 hours, but I'm super nervous. Any tips?

Hey.

I have a job trial tomorrow for 3 hours, it's for a grill cook position. I'm a male, late 20's but just feeling super nervous and the weird thing is I'm not sure if I'm nervous about not getting the job or nervous about getting the job. I'm worried also I'll mess up or not know the answer to a question and look like an idiot and then wont get the job.

What will be expected of me? What happens if I don't know something and the manager thought I knew more than what I'm letting you? I feel under qualified as well, despite having a similar grill cooking position cooking burgers elsewhere previously for multiple years.

If anyone has any tips/advice that would be great. Thanks.
